Daily personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication support.

High-Intensity Daily Personal Activities

Higher-acuity personal care — PEG, stoma, ventilator-assisted, behaviour-supported. RN-supervised.

Household Tasks

Cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and home maintenance.

Assist-Travel/Transport

Transport to appointments, activities, shopping, and social events.

Participate Community

Social, recreational, and community activity support to build connections.

Group & Centre-Based Activities

Day programs and group sessions at our centres — social, skills, recreation.

Innovative Community Participation

Tailored 1:1 community participation for participants with complex or unique support needs.

Development of Daily Living & Life Skills

One-to-one skill development — cooking, money handling, public transport, social skills.

Daily Tasks/Shared Living (SIL)

24/7 or part-time daily-living support in shared homes — including for participants with medical complexity.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

Approved SDA provider. Purpose-built accessible housing for participants with very high support needs.

Community Nursing Care (high needs)

RN-led clinical nursing in the home — complex medication, wound care, post-hospital recovery, palliative.

Respite Care

Planned or emergency relief for primary carers and families.

Employment & Education Support

Access and maintain open employment or further education — including School Leaver Employment Supports.

Specialised Supported Employment

On-the-job and group-based employment support in supported workplace settings.

Behaviour support

Care delivery under approved Positive Behaviour Support Plans — with proper training, oversight, and documentation.

SIL · Flagship area

Supported Independent Living (SIL) that handles complexity.

SIL is a core area we're investing in — and it's where most of the gaps in NDIS care show up. We're set up to take participants other providers turn away, including those with medical complexity, behaviour support plans, and post-hospital recovery needs.

Same Care Manager from intake to year five. RN-led clinical backup. Behaviour support coordination. Houses set up properly, not retrofitted.

What our SIL offer covers

24/7 and part-time SIL rosters
From light overnight cover through to fully staffed shared homes.
Medical complexity in-home
PEG, stoma, complex medication, seizure management — RN supervised.
Behaviour support implementation
Care delivered under approved Behaviour Support Plans, with proper training and clinical oversight.
Step-down from hospital
Coordinated handover with treating teams, RN-led from day one.
Pathway from SIL to SDA
We work with families to plan and transition where appropriate.
